Bed and Breakfast Corto is located in the bullseye of Prague, between Old Town Square and the bottom of Wenceslas Square. Both of these wonderful sights are about 200 meters away. The newly opened Corto is part of a 15th century building right above the historic marketplace Havelské Tržiště. Founded in 1232, the market is open daily and there you'll find the freshest produce, flowers, leather goods, art, wooden toys and ceramics. This is not a tourist trap and the prices for goods and souvenirs are among the best in Prague.

From this great location you can be on St. Wenceslas or Old Town Squares, Charles Bridge, the King's Way, the Municipal House, the National or Black Light theatres, the Vltava river, or any number of other great Prague attractions in less than 10 minutes walking! If you need to access public transportation, subway/metro station "Můstek" (lines A and B) is just over a 100 meters away.

Right outside your door, be sure to visit The Estates Theatre, where Mozart conducted the world premiere of his famous opera Don Giovanni on October 29, 1787.

Room Amenities
Renovated in december 2006, the cozy Bed and Breakfast Corto offers single, double and triple rooms, with the possibility of adding an extra bed if needed. All rooms feature full, en suite bathrooms, satellite TV, wireless internet connection and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are located on the first floor and a newly constructed attic loft. Please note that due to the historic importance of the building and its listing as a cultural landmark, there is no elevator.

Reception is open from 9 am to 10 pm. The friendly staff is available to assist with car rental, travel and tourism, restaurant suggestions and taxi bookings. Check in is 2 pm, and check out is not until 12pm, so you can sleep in a bit after your last, long night out. Credit cards are accepted.

Services
In the Corto Pizzeria & Ristorante, you can choose from a variety of authentic Italian meals and dine either indoors or alfresco in the outdoor patio area. Guests enjoy a 20% discount on all meals in the restaurant.

Breakfast is included in the price of your stay and is prepared daily in the B&B Corto’s restaurant. Breakfast hours are from 9-11 a.m.
